Rendezvous Insurance Inc., founded in 2010, is a fully licensed independent insurance agency based in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Locally owned we are licensed in approximately 25 states giving us national reach. We offer a broad array of insurance solutions. Our primary focuses are property and casualty commercial and personal lines  insurance. We work with commercial accounts of all shapes and sizes including contractors, commercial property risks, habitation exposures, commercial auto, restaurants, hospitality, action sports production companies and beyond. As mentioned we also provide all lines of personal insurance including but not limited to homeowners, auto, personal articles and personal umbrella insurance. We succeed by listening to our clients’ needs and then implementing custom tailored insurance solutions to fulfill those needs. This is accomplished by educating our clients on insurance products, providing efficient customer service and building long term relationships with our clientele.

Our Team

Ike Faust / Principal

Ike Faust is the founder and principal of Rendezvous Insurance Inc. He is a second generation agent and comes from a family that has worked in the carrier, agency and political arenas of the insurance industry. After graduating from Appalachian State University in December of 2000, Ike moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming to pursue his love of skiing and the mountains. Returning to North Carolina in 2006, Ike worked for his family for several years and learned the fundamentals of the insurance industry. With a continual desire to live out west Ike returned to Jackson and founded Rendezvous Insurance in 2010.

Having a broad understanding of the industry, Ike has a diverse knowledge of risk management programs and insurance products. His goal is to create an organically grown agency through innovation, creativity, efficiency and outstanding customer service while maintaining a balance of work and quality of life. Creating a fun and entertaining work environment, Ike thrives on seeing his employees succeed. When not working he enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, daughter and son. Donnie Clarke / Producer

Donnie is a veteran Insurance Producer with a diverse knowledge of insurance and risk management solutions. His background and expertise in Resort Hotel Properties and Action Sports Production has allowed him to develop as a niche broker in these two areas. With National accounts in both areas, he is a known industry specialist for all aspects of risk management for Resort Hotel Properties and Action Sports Companies. His National accounts in the Action Sports world include: Red Bull, NBC Sports Outside Television, Outdoor Life Network, Teton Gravity Research and Brain Farm Media to name a few. His National Resort Hotel Properties past and present include: Hotel Jackson, Teton Mountain Lodge, Rustic Inn at Jackson Hole, Hotel Terra as well as many luxury boutique hotels in California, Utah, Vermont, and Florida.

He also has the ability to write property and casualty insurance for any business exposure throughout the country. Shanda Krieger / Director of Operations / Large Commercial Account Manager

Shanda Krieger joined our team in May of 2014. She is a licensed property and casualty agent and also holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Her primary role in the agency is serving as Director of Operations and as the Large Commercial Account Manager for the agency.

She is a graduate of Penn State University with a BA in Law and Society and a member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Shanda has an extensive background in business operations, entrepreneur development, IT networking and development, and office management. Tessa Eddeb / Client Relations Specialist / Claims Manager / Personal Lines Account Manager

Tessa Eddeb joined our team in late September 2019 and is a licensed property and casualty agent. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Tessa graduated from The University of Akron with a degree in fine arts. She is excited to provide the team with her organizational skills, ability to create the best process, and excellent customer service. She is an absolute customer service rock star!  Away from work, Tessa loves going on drives through the canyons, hiking around the mountains, and exploring surrounding states. Michelle joined the Rendezvous Insurance team in March of 2021.  She is a 20 year veteran in the insurance industry, holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation, is a licensed property and casualty agent and has a wealth of knowledge in property and casualty insurance products. Having a solid attention to detail, exceptional work ethic and great customer service skills Michelle is a solid team member for the agency and our client base.
