Grace Betualla

Grace brings over 13 years of customer service experience and several years of hands-on insurance expertise to her role as a Personal Lines Account Manager. She specializes in servicing homeowners, auto, umbrella, and dwelling fire policies, helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence and ease.

Before transitioning into insurance, Grace spent a decade in the BPO industry, where she developed strong communication, problem-solving, and client service skills. Today, she combines that customer-focused approach with her insurance knowledge to provide exceptional support to both clients and agency partners.

When not working, Grace enjoys getting lost in a good book, especially the Harry Potter series, which remains her all-time favorite. She also loves spending time outdoors and exploring new hiking trails whenever she gets the chance. Whether she’s reading about new book adventures or taking in the beauty of nature, Grace appreciates opportunities to learn, recharge, and create lasting memories with her family.
